Barry Loe Barry Loe is the Manager of Security for Enerphaze Corporation in Spokane, Washington. As an Associate Trainer for Personal Safety Training Inc., Mr. Loe brings nearly twenty years of experience in the fields of security and law enforcement. Loe has received several awards and commendations for his work in these fields. Mr. Loe holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Justice Studies as well as an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Law Enforcement. Loe is a certified Instructor in MOABŪ, OCATŪ, and PATHTM (Practical And Tactical Handcuffing). Mr. Loe is also trained as an instructor in the Domestic Preparedness Defense against Weapons of Mass Destruction and holds many past and present certifications in security related fields. |
