It empowers people to confront all levels of conflict and aggression in the workplace, on the street, and in the home.
Workplace violence is a national epidemic. Crimes at work cost 500,000 employees approximately 1,751,000 days of work each year. Annual loss of wages is more than $60 million dollars.
This program will decrease worker’s compensation costs, corporate liability while increasing productivity, employee retention and morale.
The intranet/internet course is 75 minutes and can be taken in one sitting or more to increase retention. The program is divided into three sections:
- Section one deals with upset people.
- Section two deals with verbal aggression.
- Section three deals with physical aggression and how to prepare oneself mentally for a conflict.
All sections conclude with review questions.
