Steve Grosse

Steve Grosse is the training manager for Worthington, Inc. He has been teaching firearms & personal safety in the Seattle area since 2000. Steve began teaching firearms in the late 1980's as a coach/trainer for a collegiate pistol team. He is instructor certified in firearms from the state of Washington Criminal Justice Training Center, the Lethal Force Institute (including Judicious Use of Deadly Force Instructor) and in several disciplines from the NRA Law Enforcement Instructors program.
Additionally Steve is certified in MOAB® (Management of Aggressive Behavior) , PATH® (Practical And Tactical Handcuffing) , OCAT® (Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training) & Monadnock® Expandable Baton and Defensive Tactics programs as an Instructor. He is a member of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) and ILEETA (International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association).
After several years working overseas in security as an interpreter/advisor, Steve came to the Northwest and earned a Masters at the University Washington in Russian Studies. Steve has also been involved with the state-wide emergency management project involving all Washington public schools. Steve is a WA State licensed private investigator and works primarily providing personal protection services, having covered corporate, royal, diplomatic and private clients.
