Dave Fowler Dave Fowler is the founder of (PSTI) Personal Safety Training Incorporated located in Washington State. He is responsible for the overall management and operations of PSTI, which offers training, consulting, and protective details. Dave's background in security operations, training, and protective details spans the last decade and half. Dave is a certified instructor trainer in several nationally recognized training programs such as Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB®), Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training (OCAT®), Practical and Tactical Handcuffing (PATH™) and Monadnock Expandable Baton (MEB). He has certified and trained thousand of individuals in these programs and others throughout the Northwest. He is a Graduate of (ESI) Executive Security International's advanced Executive Protection Program and the Protective Intelligence and Investigations program. Dave is a Physical Security specialist in CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and surveillance measures. Dave is also a member of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security), serving on the executive committee for the Spokane chapter. He is a member of the American Society for Law Enforcement Trainers (ASLET) and the International Law Enforcement Educators & Trainers Association (ILEETA). Dave brings insight, experience, and a passion for empowering people and organizations utilizing the training programs and protective services that he offers in the Western United States. |
